After Hours

 

After hours calls are handled through our service.  If you have an urgent concern and need to speak to the provider on call, simply dial the main number 889-8444 and the service will take your message and a provider will call you back.  In addition, we have a very extensive online library that parents may view under our Health Topics section of this website.  Here you can obtain information regarding childhood illnesses, medication dosages, vaccinations and general questions and concerns regarding the health and well being of their child.

 

We do not refill prescriptions after hours for the safety of the child because we do not have the child's medical chart or history available to us.  We would request that parents call during regular business hours for their refills.

 

The after hours service does not have the capability to schedule appointments or answer billing questions.  We request that you contact us during regular business hours and we will readily assist you with all of your needs.
